- Single Account Policy: You may only create one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension.
- Your Responsibility: You are responsible for your financial transactions and personal safety when interacting with others on our platform.Always perform due diligence before engaging with other users.
- Our Role: We strive to maintain a safe and reliable platform but cannot guarantee the actions of other users.
- Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice, including discrediting any Jobs balance, if we suspect misuse or violation of our terms.
- Scammer List: We may add your name to our scammer list if fraudulent or harmful activity is detected, at our sole discretion.
For Students/Parents
- No Contact Details in Job Postings: Sharing contact details in job postings is strictly prohibited. Accounts that violate this rule will be automatically banned.
- Verifying Tutors: If you choose to share contact details with a tutor, it’s your responsibility to verify their credentials, identity, and background. We do not perform these checks for you.
- Financial Responsibility: You are responsible for all monetary transactions, including payments and refunds. We are not liable for any fraudulent activity or disputes that may arise.
- Phone Verification: We may contact you using the phone number provided to confirm your requirements. We will never use your number for promotional spam or share it with third parties.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes with tutors must be resolved directly between you and the tutor. We do not mediate or intervene in such matters.
For Teachers/Tutors
- No Student Vetting: We do not verify students’ credit history or payment records. You are responsible for checking their credentials and managing payments and refunds.
- Contact Details Restriction: Sharing your contact details without explicit permission from the student or platform is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in a permanent account ban.
- Phone Communication: We may contact you using the provided phone number to discuss your account or services. We will not use your number for promotional spam or share it with third parties.
- Professional Conduct: You are expected to maintain professionalism in all interactions. Any reports of misconduct may lead to account suspension or termination.
- Payment Disputes: Any financial disputes with students must be handled directly. We are not responsible for non-payment or refund issues.
For Institutes

- Reputation Management: Institutes found engaging in unethical practices may be added to our scammer list at our discretion.
