Any kind of waiver or failure of any right under the ‘Terms’ will not be a permanent waiver or any expectation of non-fulfilment. If you do not agree to be followed by the Terms and the Privacy Policy mentioned on our website, you may not use our website in any way or may exit promptly. Partners agree that the Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect, even if any part or sub-part of them is held unlawful by any law or rule of any government, or by a court or authority. As independent service providers hired by Students, Tutors or by the institutes control the methods, materials and all aspects of the lessons. We only provide a platform for the Tutor or Institute to decide and choose according to their demand. These decisions and choices are yours. We can’t make decisions for you. We can help you to search for good Tutors and connect with Tutors. On the website you can search for educational information or any other material provided by the Tutors. Students are responsible for selecting the correct tutor or institution according to their needs. In the decisions of choosing tutors, students should analyze and investigate each tutor's credentials (education and experience) also confirm from other students. If the tutor is having a premium member of Seekooh it means his/her documents are verified but Seekooh cannot guarantee the originality of such documents, students or institutes may need to verify if required. All teaching sessions should be overseen by a responsible adult. The information provided on Seekooh, regarding tutors, coaching centres, institutes, courses have been compiled by integrating data from different educational websites, which are available online. The details provided are for general purpose information only. We update the data regularly to ensure that the information you receive from our website is accurate. For other information displayed on our website, we suggest you contact the respective institutes. Seekooh manages the website from various locations and makes no representation that this website is appropriate or available for use in all areas. Seekooh services may not be available in your area, and available services may vary among locations. In addition, Seekooh will effort to deliver all communication sent via the website's messaging system. Seekooh does not, however, guarantee the delivery of all messages. You acknowledge and agree that by submitting the Content to us, you (i) allow us a comprehensive, royalty-free, uninterrupted, convertible, irreversible and fully sub-licensable right to use, replicate, modify, adjust, translate, distribute, publish, create plagiaristic works from and publicly display and perform the Content throughout the world in any media. Apart from as defined in our Secrecy Policy. We will not be mandatory to deal with any of Your content as confidential, and you know that we may use in connection with our business any of the concepts and ideas contained in content without reimbursement to you and we will not take any responsibility to you as a result of any similarities between concepts and ideas contained in the content and our future operations and business. Except as otherwise set forth in this Terms, we will be eligible to use the content for any marketable or other purposes whatever without reimbursement to you or any other entity. If Submitted Content concern Tutor or Institutes, Submitted Content will be true and accurate, only concern or relate to the care or service that You, Your minor child or Your ward received from the Tutor or Institutes being reviewed, that You are not related to or employed by the Tutor or Institutes being reviewed and that You are not impersonating any other person;

2. If You are a Tutor or Institute submitting or editing any Submitted Content, Your Submitted Content will be true and accurate, You are the Tutor or Institute specifically identified in the Content being submitted or edited, and Your Submissions will only concern You and the services that You provide.

3. If you're someone approved by an educator or Institute to submit or edit Submitted Content specifically associated with that Tutor or Institute, Submitted Content is true and correct, you're approved by the Tutor or Institute known within the Submitted Content or emended to create such edits and Submitted Content can solely concern that Tutor or Institute and also the services provided by that Tutor or Institute.

4. You have the authority to create Submitted Content while not violating the copyright, trademark, patent or different holding rights of someone or entity, and Submitted Content won't contain any content, in-person distinctive info (other than the name of the Tutor or Institutes being reviewed), info, or materials of any kind that relates or refers to the other person or entity aside from the person or entity being reviewed;

5. Submitted Content won't violate any law, or in any manner infringe or interfere with the rights of others, together with however not restricted to the employment of names, info, or materials that

(i) libel, defame or invade the privacy of any third party,

(ii) ar obscene or sexy

Seekooh reserves the right to publish or remove your provided content with or without any reason. The Tutor or Institutes has to decide which questions to answer; they are not employees or agents of Seekooh but are independent entities to provide their expert knowledge to users of the website. Seekooh does not include in a conversation between users of the website or recommend specific Tutors or Institutes to its visitors. You know that we cannot and do not edit or modify, filter or screen and monitor the content on the website. Seekooh does not responsible for any act of Tutor or Institutes. Also not responsible for the content and the capability of Tutor or Institutes to answer questions or the capacity of students to pay for tuitions. We do not ensure that users (Students/Individuals) will pay their dues.

By visiting, you pretend and allow that you at present meet the following "Eligibility Conditions" as long as you visit the website:

(b) falsification or misinformation made by any User.

Seekooh reserves all of its rights to remove anything objectionable to Seekooh in its sole discretion. Suspected indecencies by any User may be reported to Seekooh by email at contact@Seekooh.com

Fees and Refunds:

Seekooh reserves the right to revise or change the subscription rates without any prior notification. Refunds will be made at the sole discretion of Seekooh.

THIRD PARTY REPORTS:

Seekooh may use third-party consumer reporting agencies that perform, among other things, criminal background checks, and sex offender and identification verifications. Seekooh does not endorse the accuracy of such consumer reports timeliness or completeness of any information in the consumer reports. Seekooh cannot individually verify information in the consumer reports. Seekooh has the discretion to review the information obtained in the consumer reports in deciding whether to suspend or terminate a User or to probe a complaint. Users who are addressed of consumer reports may contact the service provider to difference the correctness, timeliness or completeness of such information.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF SEEKOH REPORTS:

As a registered user, you may acquire direct access via the website to certain confidential information of Seekooh and its services, including technical, contractual, product, program, pricing, marketing and other valuable information that should be assumed as confidential. You must hold Confidential Information in strict manners. All right, titles and benefits in the Confidential Information remain with Seekooh and its affiliates. The Terms and conditions execute no accountability upon you with respect to confidential information that you can form by legally enough indications. THIRD PARTY VERIFICATION SERVICES:

Seekooh may make available one or more third-party verification services that enable Users of the Site to inquire about information including another User’s identity and criminal history. Use of third-party verification service is voluntary for both the party requesting the verification and the party undergoing the verification. You agree that Seekooh shall not be held responsible in any way if any information provided by a third-party verification service is inaccurate.

ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS:

Seekooh could run advertisements and promotions from outside on this website. Your communication or business dealings with other than Seekooh found on the website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, such dealings, are exclusively between you and such advertiser. Seekooh is not responsible or accountable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. Seekooh may run promotional and advertisement campaign on other social media websites such as Facebook, Quora, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and many print and digital media as it may consider suitable. Seekooh, at its discretion, may decide to use a Tutor's profile photo his/her name and other details except Tutor’s contact details and documents.

Settlement of information like logos, links or names of Tutor or Institutes or any other third party units on the website does not establish an authorization of their services or opinions or their products. As a user, you take full responsibility for a decision to visit or support any such entity and hold Seekooh harmless from any accountability arising from such actions. You further admit that no relationship (such as partnership, JV, or employee) is created between you and Seekooh or between any User including Tutor or Institutes by the creation of this Agreement or by your participation on the website. We do not governor the information provided by Tutor or Institutes or any other users, which you may discover to be aggressive, harmful, incorrect, or misleading. You are liable to assess the correctness, entirety and practicality of any judgment, answer or other content available through the website, from other users or obtained from a linked site. Please pursue the instruction of professionals, as appropriate, regarding the assessment of any particular judgment, answer, product, service, or other content

TEXT MESSAGE AND PUSH NOTIFICATIONS:

Seekooh may send text messages for diverse purposes to newly registered students, Tutors or institutes. Standard rates may be charged for any text message sent to you from us and from us to you. If you have any queries regarding messages charges, please contact your network operating provider.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION:

Seekooh reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access of any user with or without notice at any time in its sole discretion, for any reason or with no reason. You agree that, if you are suspended or terminated, you will not be able to use the services on the website after termination means deletion of profile and during suspension means deactivation of profile

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The website offers a platform or a marketplace for those searching for tutoring services to connect with those searching to provide tutoring services. You agree that Seekooh has no control over the actions of any user and that Seekooh makes no assurance about the quality of the services provided by any user. You acknowledge that Seekooh is not responsible for the performance or conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the website. Seekooh clearly denies any and all liability of any kind for any disputes, claims, or damages arising in any way related to the website. The user on the website may transact between themselves. Seekooh will not be involved in any user interactions. Seekooh is not liable or responsible for differences, statements, damage of any kind that might get up during and after user interactions. You understand and agree that Seekooh has no control over the acts or omissions of any user on or off the site and that Seekooh makes no representations or warranties about the quality of the services provided by any user. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

These Terms represent the whole agreement between you and Seekooh about their material and cancel and surpass any previous versions of the Terms. You will not assign or otherwise transfer the Terms or any right granted hereafter. You furthermore may is also subject to extra terms and conditions which will apply after you use Seekooh or third party products or services. Acceptance of Payment in Cash is strictly prohibited. All payments due to Seekooh should be made Online.

REFUND:

Seekooh charges a nominal subscription fee of between PKR 2,000 and PKR 10,000 annually, depending upon the subscription plan selected. Seekooh, at its sole discretion, may offer discounts or complete waiver on subscription fee Tutors from time to time. Offers and discounts from Seekooh may be provided to all or selected Tutors, as decided by Seekooh Management from time to time. Tutors will get leads throughout their subscription period through direct contact by students, profile matching or jobs posted in the Tutors Wanted section by the students. Seekooh does not charge any additional fee for providing leads. Furthermore, Seekooh does not charge tutors any commission on their earnings from students.

CONCELLATION:

Please note that Seekooh does not guarantee a specific number of leads within a given period of time for the Tutors or Institutes, since it depends upon the requirements of the Students as well as parameters such as the location of the Tutor or Institute, experience and other criteria used to match a Student’s requirement with a Tutor/Institute. Thus, not getting enough leads or not converting leads to students cannot be a reason for Tutors to demand refunds. However, if a Tutor/Institute does not get a single lead within 90 calendar days from the date of subscribing to a paid plan, he/she will have the discretion to request Seekooh to extend the subscription plan by another 90 days without any additional charges or refund the fee paid by the Tutor/Institute towards Promotion and Lead Generation charges. Account setup fee and website set up fee are non-refundable. Tutor needs to write a formal email to contact@Seekooh.com citing the reason for seeking a refund. Other than the above-mentioned condition, the subscription fee will not be refundable under any circumstances. Note: Refunds or Cancellations are not applicable for renewal

FOR TUTORIALS AND TUTORIAL CENTERS:

A Tutor permits that he/she is, at least, eighteen years older, and has the lawfully necessary instructional qualifications and/or expertise to produce tuition within the subject/s nominative by the Tutor on the positioning. A Tutor agrees and understands that he/she isn't a worker of Seekooh and accepts full responsibility for all tax and alternative amounts collectable in relevance any fees made of a coach bond with Student or Parent over the website. We tend to don't issue any operating expertise certificate to our registered members. A Tutor understands and accepts that details entered by them on the positioning are going to be publically visible and will seem in search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing etc.) results. A Tutor accepts full responsibility for all info printed by him/her or it on the positioning and shall indemnify Seekooh in relevance any liability incurred by them as a result of any such info. A Tutor undertakes to register for the Seekooh service, perpetually providing and exploiting correct and current info regarding him/her - as well as the name, address, phone number/s, qualifications, tutoring experiences and the other details requested by Seekooh. A Tutor won't embody personal email, contact numbers etc. within the kind fields like Tutoring expertise, regarding and alternative topics. Adding contact details however particularly, fields aren't acceptable below any condition. If Tutor violates this condition, Seekooh could in its discretion suspend or terminate the account of such Tutor.
